For safety, our walkers take a maximum of four dogs per walk. This ensures the dogs and walker are comfortable, not crowded and individual attention can be given.
Our walks from the daycare are for a minimum of 30 minutes. The ultimate duration is determined by the dogs being walked - size, temperament, stamina, and weather conditions to mention a few. Generally the big dogs go for 45min. to 1 hour and the little guys 30 - 45minutes.
Walks are during the morning hours returning just prior to nap time. This we feel allows the dogs to have a restful nap and plenty of time for play in the afternoon. Afterall, playing with their buddies is what daycare is all about.

Doggy Daycare Walks
Here at K9HQ doggy daycare plus, walks are available for your pooch, but not a necessity. With our fully fenced outdoor potty area, ample exercise, and stimulation throughout the day you will find your dog goes home tired and satisfied. As an optional service, walks can be provided for an extra fee. If you prefer that your dog go on a walk we have two options available:
~ K9 Daycare Group walk for those trained to heel on a leash

~ K9 Daycare Individual walk for those that need more individual attention.
Dogs that are not leash trained (generally young puppies) are not considered for K9HQ walking programs - this we leave for you to develop your pup's leash manners. (consider our training classes)
